The Tombow SH-1000 LP? That one is 0.5mm.
The Uchida Drawing Sharp is 0.3mm.
I didn’t know that the golden-toned slim Sailor initially retailed for ¥8,000 
The base model was ¥800 and the mechanism is very simple. I used to assume it was brass but now I’m thinking it might be gold-plated.
Yup, I’m fairly certain it is gold plated. I can put it next to some of my other known gold plated pencils if you’d like to see that photo
