Buyee return/refund question

The item I bought through Buyee arrived without the box or accessories.:sob:

I selected the Standard Plan, and the seller had clearly included photos of the box in the listing. The box and accessories were also mentioned in the description.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Would a return or refund be possible in this case?

Have you contacted Buyee yet? Buyee’s support is, in my experience, excellent and fast.

I just got a response to my inquiry.

They asked me to send various photos.

It does say that I might not be eligible for compensation, though.:joy:
