Looking for any info about this, (..aside from the obvious…) looks to be circa early '70’s…I think I saw it once before on some webpage…?
…and Magicpainter knew all along…his great post on Reddit calls this early '60’s to display the variety of colored plastic versions of the 2613 and there is no reason to doubt that
