I thought the OEM for rOtring was Holbein?
I believe so yes, rotring is the exception there - though the heritage for that design traces back to the Koh-I-Noors. I just wanted to provide all the existing similar alternatives 
I really never knew any of this about this pencil.
They’re rad as hell. Not a rare or sexy pencil, but the perfect example of that sweetspot that’s thoughtful, economical, perfectly utilitarian and just a tiny cut above the rest

…thinking that it was probably an outdated photo and I’d receive one of the new pencils, but I did receive the old one in the mail today!

I already uncovered an old 07 i had…i’ll probably order a backup too because it’s reasonably priced…now I need an 09 (my favorite), which is also on ebay (but pricy) and an 03 which I think will be hardest to find…
0.9 everything is my favorite!
