It is refilled normally, just pull the eraser unit (held by friction) and drop lead inside. The lead tube is quite tight in the body so there’s no risk of the lead falling to the side.
And believe it or not, I don’t have a P200 to check but I think it’s different.
That part was more directed to someone with a Leadstream with a P200-tip, if that even exists?
As your stepped tip fits the Orenz, but not the Kerry, if there exists a cone tip of the Leadstream, that one should be the other way around.
Oh, and is the Spoke-body a pentagon? Never tried a fivesided pencil, but in theory, it should fit perfectly.
