To rescue pakages from Customs, we have to go online now (on the national post website) and upload documents and confirm the info they have there. This was presented to customers as a great innovation, but in reality what you’re doinng is doing their job! Not only you have to prepare all the paperwork they even charge you for it (up to 12€ for parking at customs). To tell you the truth I avoid buying stuff from abroad now, I always get upset and have to wait for stuff for days on end.
