OK, a couple of things. I think there is a box and label mix-up.
SH-1000TC is the model name for the OBJECT CD cap-action mechanical pencil from 1989.
‘SH’ = ‘SHarp’
‘BW’ = ‘Water-based ink Rollerball’
‘BC’ = ‘Oil-based ink Ballpoint’
The actual pencil on the left side is most likely a Zoom 515sh (model number SH-3000LZ) because of its black clip and lightly textured finish. This is the 1988 follow-up design to the 505sh, which came out in 1987 (the capped rollerball came out first in 86).
The one on the right is a Zoom 505sh (model number SH-2000CZ). There are at least 3 versions that are differentiated by their clip design. The black grip is a hard rubber compound. I apply a little Armorall rubber protectant to keep it supple.
