Not exactly what you’re asking, but the Skilcraft B3 Avivator multipen is identical to the Japanese Penco multipen, which is also available under other brands like Tanosee, Hedera… I don’t know which one was first but it uses an internal mechanism that is also found in many Japan-made multipens so I assume the original model is Japanese. @drifand has suggested that the OEM could be Kotobuki.
