We sure don’t see many purple Quicker Clicker Junior PD325 these days.
This one is total trash.

$51 US for that collection of junk… he is dreaming.
How easy is it to replace the metal nib on Clics? Put a new eraser in, clean it up, new nib… mightn’t look too bad?
The nib would be the hardest pill to swallow. The body, knock button, and pocket clip can be cleaned and polished.
First one I’ve seen in at least 10 years.
Are either of you bidding on this?
I hadn’t planned on it, but now that he’s saying it’s been 10 years since he saw one, I’m seriously considering it.
I’m out. Although, I would love to clean it up and make it my daily driver for a while.
No way the seller knows what he has. He’s probably scratching his head on that bid price.
Everyone else with a time machine: “I’d go kill baby Hitler!”
Me with a time machine: “I want to go to stationery stores in 1975 and 1985.”
The Ye of mechanical pencils has entered the chat.
Would you have a ticket for another passenger on that time machine?
Shotgun!
(not sure if you know what this means, mate).
Indeed I do. You called it fair and square
So have you tried replacing a Clic nib at all?
So who bought this? I know it‘a one of us. Has to be, right?
I have not even attempted it. I’m going to inspect one and see what’s possible. I’m not hopeful.
Wasn’t me either… thought one of you would be more interested. As for the nib - if it was just pushed up in the tip, you could probably just push it back out. As with a lot of Pentel, I’m fairly certain it’s just press fit it. I had a PD345 tip break once and there’s nothing special to the pipe.
I was going to bid but I had a puppy disciplinary problem and realised it was ending about 5 minutes too late.
I’ve had 1 or 2 that have had similar nib issues over the years but I don’t remember if I fixed them. I used to love taking them apart and fixing their various issues when I was at school but I tend to just replace things nowadays.
