Staedtler 's flagship professional drafting MP was made in two versions: F with fixed sleeve and HS with (almost) half slide sleeve. While they never made a Micrograph S with fully sliding, retractable sleeve you can make one easily by swapping the tip with one from the contemporary Microfix S, since the internal mechanism is the same.
