Yes
I don’t know how the LAMY Swift works.
The P3125 is a twist mechanism. Turning it to the right brings out the clip, and turning it to the left extends the lead.

Yes, it is similar in the sense that the clip is retracted to be flush with the pen body when the pen tip or lead is in use. The Lamy Swift simply does it with the click action. I love cool mechanisms like this!
