The seller doesn’t accept proxy bidders, but if you’re using White Rabbit, you might be able to score this one.
We will see if he accepts from Neokyo. Although I expect it will go well out of my range quickly.
I think this one will end up well over ¥40,000
This is only the second one of these I have seen on auction. The other one is still for sale on eBay: Pentel Excalibur Capped Mechanical Pencil | eBay
Wow, I’ve not seen that eBay listing before—that’s probably the nicest PXE5 still in existence.
Wow! This is dreamy. The price, however, is nightmarish.
What’s the reason for people not accepting proxies? It is a guarantee that the money comes and no bad reviews are written?
But, as nimrodd wrote, in this case it doesn’t matter (to me) – price will be stratospheric.
I’ve been following this guy’s listings so far, and he’s definitely leaving money on the table by forbidding proxy bidders.
It’s annoying because he’s dumping all these incredible pieces at last year’s prices
I’m a curmudgeon, and the only way this would ever work for me is if I could bid immediately. The time delay that’s baked into my communication with White Rabbit would be enough to make it so I couldn’t get at least 80% of the pieces I really wanted.
Only way to do it would be to pull the “Buy Now” trigger immediately while browsing.
We need Jimmy to get this.
No pressure, Jimmy. We’re all counting on you and are quite desperate.
Unfortunately, Neokyo won’t allow me to purchase it either.
Welp, burn it all down
