I’ve never seen this before, but it looks like a modified Pentel Graphlet - perhaps OEMd to Pentel? Where is this from? I’d guess the Middle East from the writing in the picture?

Most of good mechanical pencils in my country are for before 2017. You cant find newer models easily in iran and if you can find these models they cost alot.

I found a few months ago an identical one on Mercari, apart from the colors, labeled Micro Korea. It was sold since.
